Parkside Hotel – Firenze a 3 star International Venetian style hotel is located in the historic center of Venice just 30 meters away from Piazza San Marco. The decor is entirely in Venetian style and the furniture is all traditionally varnished. The wall fixture, the floor lamps and bedside lamps are all made of glass handcrafted at one of the most prestigious Murano glasswork. The building was first built at the beginning of the 16th century. Breakfast can be served on the rooftop terrace with views of the tower bell.
The hotel underwent a major renovation by the famous architect, Fuin. In designing the facade, he took inspiration from the procuratie Vecchie of Piazza San Marco. The result is amazingly elegant and stylish. With its balance of marble and iron, it retains the charm of the Liberty style. The building covers about 750 square meters. It features rooms with views on four floors ( with an elevator ).
The Parkside Hotel – Firenze is a few steps from the S. Marco Vaporetto Water Bus Stop. At reception you can book concert tickets and guided tours.

FROM THE AIRPORT: From Marco Polo Airport, you can take the ALILAGUNA Company public boat that departs for San Marco every hour. The trip takes approx. one hour and cost approx. 9.81 Euros per person. To get to the hotel from the boat landing, walk to the left, turn right on Calle Vallaresso and follow it to its end ( it’s about a 200 meter walk ).
